Fully appreciate the tireless work of our NHS staff, could not fault the dedication and thoroughness of the team looking after me.

Junior doctor may need a little more experience in taking bloods as my arm looked like a bruised pin cushion...but apart from that he was brilliant.

Ambulance with me about 1/2 hour after calling. Next day went to Stratford minor injuries- had x- ray and was given a splint . Now fine except a little swelling. Thank you for allaying my husbands fears!

The reception staff were friendly and the doctor who attended to me was very good, showed me my X-ray and gave me aftercare advice.
